This Georgian property sits at the foot of Carlton Hill, a short walk from the buzz of the city. The master bedroom features a kings size bed and a 43” Sony digital TV. The second bedroom has two single beds and is also equipped with a 43” Sony Digital TV. The living room has a double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV with a VirginTV box . Free wifi with fiber broadband is available throughout the property. We also have an independent game room with a single sofa bed. The game room is equipped with PS4 and Xbox 1 with popular games provided. An independent cloak room equipped with ironing board, electric heater to dry clothes and plenty space to hang clothes and store luggage. We also provide 2 hair dryers, hangers, bathrobes and towels and a three tier electric airer to dry your clothes The key to the cloakroom is provided solely to the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a washer-dryer, refrigerator and built in dual ovens, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, Nepresso coffee machine and basic kitchen utensils. Whittard of Chelsea teabags and 4 kinds of Nespresso capsules provided. The bathroom has a drench shower head, and complimentary toiletries provided, Shower cap, vanity kit, sewing kit provided. There will be a £200 damage deposit charged to your credit/debit card in case of any damages caused or items missing from the flat during your stay. The full amount will be refunded to you after you check out and an inspection has been completed by our property managers. £30 cleaning fee will be charged for every booking which is not included in the price, if you want extra cleaning and changing linens, please please ask us, another £30 cleaning fee will be charged. Children under 10 years old are not allowed in the property. Please remove your outdoor footwear when entering the property. The flat is on 2nd floor without lift/wheelchair access.And if you want to leave the luggage in the flat ater check-out till 2.30pm, we charge £5 for the service.
