Situated just one mile West off the A96 Aberdeen - Inverness trunk road at Kintore, the park is just 13 miles from Aberdeen, in the centre of of 'castle country' and on Scotland's Castle Trail in the Gordon District.

As the famed castle trail is rite on your doorstep - leading to your fairy tale castles like Craigievar and great historic houses like Haddo, where Prince Edward often performs in theatrical productions in the hall.

The only malt whisky trail in the world takes you into the Grampian Highlands with its beautiful rugged scenery. The Royal Deeside and the Queen's Scottish residence at Balmoral are but a short drive away, taking you through both Donside and Deeside.
