Grey Craig Cottage is the ideal cottage for a romantic break. Set on the edge of the farm overlooking the farm’s wildlife and conservation area, this cottage gives you the feeling of being amongst nature. On a summers day, you can open the patio doors to the large gardens and indulge yourself in the sights and sounds of the area whilst sitting in the hot tub.
Greycraig was a traditional farm cottage which fell into disrepair and was used as a cattle shelter for many years. Completely re-built in 2009 and renovated to a high standard. Oak floors through out, well appointed kitchen, open plan sitting room dining room with a lovely log burning stove for the winter evenings, double mater bedroom, single bedroom and spacious bathroom with double ended roll top bath and a very spacious shower. Live stream wildlife action onto your tv from the cameras around the farm where you will see badgers, foxes otters and roe deer regularly in the evenings. Just a short walk from the cottage is kiddies play area, and the starting point for many themed walks around the farm, through woods or round the loch. Farm tours can be booked as can farm work experiences.
Only five minutes to the M74 motorway, and ideally suitated to visit many tradtional market towns, Gretna Green, Powfoot Beach and golf course and many children's attractions
Grey Craig can be booked together with Beckhead Cottage and Williamwood Cottage - to accommodate up to 14 guests.
