A beautiful cottage only a short distance from the heart of the city.
The cottage is located in the Trinity area of Edinburgh, enclosed in it’s own private garden in a quiet neighborhood of charming houses and gardens.
Although a bit beyond our usual city centre locations it is particularly ideal if you wish to be in Edinburgh but not too close to all the hussle and bussle of the city being a short bus ride from the centre. To get in to town there is a bus stop very near by. The number 23 bus which takes you right through the city centre and is arguably one of the best routes in Edinburgh with stops at many of the major shopping streets, tourist sights, good restaurants and pubs, all very accessible if you don’t fancy a bit of a walk or a drive.
Outside the cottage you have the garden and parking off road for 2 cars. Inside there are two bedrooms, 1 with double bed and the other with twin beds. There is a large spacious shower room and a very spacious open plan kitchen/living room. There is also a double sized sofa bed in the living room which can be used if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with the all-important appliances and utensils you will need to cook any meal, likewise you will also find the cottage fully equipped with all other necessary appliances and utilities such as washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer etc.
As with all our properties towels, linen, heating, lighting, Wifi internet and a starter pack of tea, coffee, milk, local shortbread etc are all included. The cottage is also equipped with DVD player, a selections of DVDs, books, and board games.
The rental include hot water, gas & electricity, central heating, fluffy towels, crisp cotton linen, wireless internet and taxes.
