We have a beautiful self catering cottage in Newton Stewart, South West Scotland that has been in our family for 5 generations

It’s a minimum 2 night stay, nightly fees are for the whole cottage and not per person, we sleep up to six people in two bedrooms
Prices are £90 per night for the whole cottage Monday to Thursday and £110 Friday Saturday Sunday nights and peak periods such as bank holidays school holidays etc are £130 per night for the whole cottage - nice and easy ! We have limited availability from March 2023 onward.

We are dog friendly and do not charge for dogs staying and have no maximum limit of dogs. We now have a 2100ft secure garden area/dog area which includes access to the rear door of the cottage
The cottage is in a great location being only 2 minutes walk from the local pub, The Cree Inn as well as being right next door to the Cree Bridge Hotel
We have a large patio and barbecue area with four burner gas barbecue and outdoor kitchen for guest use
It is only five minute walk into the town of Newton Stewart and has open fields leading onto the Galloway Forest Park as well as a having a huge play park right outside the back gate.
We are also located within the dark skies park and on a clear night you will be amazed at the stars in the sky at night.
There are loads of walks immediately around the area or, if you want to just get away from the hustle and bustle of life, why not stay in and chill out in the peace and quiet, from the garden you can see badgers, red squirrels and both fallow and red deer.
The local garage is only a 1 minute walk from the front door and also has an EV charger for electric vehicles
