Firthview House is family/pet friendly. This waterfront property is a great spot to catch up, enjoy time together and chillout. In quiet, residential area. Hot tub with water views.
We often have groups of friends/families chilling out or celebrating special occasions at Firthview House. It's a lovely, peaceful setting to catch up, recharge, soak in the water views and enjoy time together. Firthview House is not a "party house", it is a "home from home", where you can unwind and chill out. Firthview House is set on the property of Coorie Braw Holiday Lettings and is attached to our house Coorie Braw. There is also a smaller guest cottage behind it. There is some onsite parking and the garden is shared.
Dunoon town centre is approximately a 10 minute walk away or an easy taxi ride. In town there are some lovely independent high street shops, family/dog friendly cafes/pubs/ restaurants and take-aways. We can suggest where to go etc depending on what you are interested in. There are also lots of lovely walks/cycle paths/beaches/outdoor activities and places to visit in the area too. (We can point you in the right direction with these too). Local activities/amenities include: Castle House Museum, amusements arcade, swimming pool, mini golf, indoor soft play, cinema, playgrounds, beaches, SUP hire, powerboat trips.
Pets stay at an extra charge of £20 per pet per stay. Please let us know if you plan on bringing your pet/s with you.
The property consists of:
Large ground floor kitchen/diner.
Cosy, ground floor lounge with sofas, board games, toys and television.
6 bedrooms each with own shower, basin and toilet
bedroom 1 with twin beds is on ground floor
bedroom 2 with king size bed is on upper floor
bedroom 3 with double bed is on upper floor
bedroom 4 with 1 single and 1 king size bed is on upper floor
bedroom 5 with 1 double bed is on upper floor
bedroom 6 with 2 twin beds is on upper floor
The 5 person hot tub is well positioned to watch the water views.
The outdoor area offers: firepit with seating, shared bbq, shared garden for children to play in/for guests to relax in
Some parking onsite and plenty of street parking too.
Pets can be accommodated on request. Pets stay at £20 per pet per stay.
10 minute walk for shops, cinema, swimming pool, cafes, pubs, restaurants.
