Dunfuinary Cottage has an amazing outlook across the waters of Loch Etive, 5 miles from Oban, with decking on three sides so you can follow the sun around.

The cottage stands quite alone, accessed by steps from the A85. While the road is therefore close, it is quite invisible from the double glazed cottage. Before you the view is stunning: the cottage is surrounded by decking platforms on three sides, high above the water, so you can follow the sun round. Besides the decking, there is a shady grotto garden to the side with furniture and a small terrace, where a path leads down to your own private shore area.
Inside, it has been charmingly and innovatively designed on two levels (3 internal stairs), with an open plan sunken sitting room with wood-burning stove, a spacious and wellfitted kitchen with patio doors to the decking and a double bedroom and bathroom.
