Situated in an unspoilt corner of a Scottish Highland Estate in the Cairngorms National Park are the Cairngorm Bothies – a collection of unique, eco-friendly wooden cabins designed to let you escape from the pressures of everyday life.
With no TV and limited connection to the outside world (there’s 4G in case you can’t switch off completely), get back to nature and embrace the peace and quiet of Royal Deeside.
Each pet - friendly bothy provides comfortable accommodation, ideally for a family of 4 with one UK standard sized double bed and a trundle single bed (2 mattresses 76 cm by 155 cm) - typically children 10 and under.

Each Bothy is carefully constructed from eco-friendly and sustainable materials, each bothy fits snugly into it’s surroundings, minimising it’s impact on the forestscape.
Embracing the natural surroundings, they are heated by the wood burning stove and powered by solar power whenever possible. Inside you’ll find a mini kitchen with all the home comforts including stove for cooking, fridge, kettle, all cookware and utensils and dining table. The bathroom includes a walk in electric shower, WC, sink and heated towel rail.

Step outside and enjoy a BBQ on the decking……or enjoy a cosy night in by the wood burning stove with firewood provided from our own forests. (logs included).
