Bridge Cottage
A unique hideaway by the lochside with a wild garden and walks straight from the cottage among beautiful highland countryside of hills, woods and lochs. Sleeps 4. Pets welcome
This remote cottage stands in a natural environment with wonderful views up the loch and down the river. You can see all sorts of wildlife from this tranquil spot and the bird feeders are always busy.
The cottage sleeps 4 in two bedrooms; a double room with king-size bed upstairs and a twin room downstairs. The bathroom with bath and hand held shower is upstairs. The large sitting room has a bay window with views of the loch and river. It is very well equipped with everything you would expect to find. There is a dining table in the bay window facing the view of the loch. Starter packs of logs for the wood-burning stove are included in the rent and sole use of a rowing boat is available free.
Please note: There is no TV or wifi in this cottage due to the remoteness but it does have some mobile phone coverage. There is a DVD player.
This rural retreat is perfect for a honeymoon or for artists or for families, although it is not suitable for small children due to the proximity of the deep water and the garden is unfenced.
Pets are welcome here and you can walk through the woods to Macgregor's Cave directly from the cottage.
