The newly refurbished, individually finished bedrooms are an important part of the character of this charming hotel. There are 71 in all, each with a private bath or shower, freeview flatscreen television, direct dial telephone, hair dryer and tea and coffee making facilities. For that very special occasion, we have several upgrade bedrooms available with stunning views of the Edinburgh skyline.
Our Honeymoon Suite, complete with four poster bed, turret and stunning views is perfect for wedding and anniversary stays.
Dining in our 1886 Restaurant is a relaxed experience. Seasonality is the driving force within our restaurant menu. Keeping freshness at the forefront of our cooking. All our key ingredients are well sourced from reputable local suppliers. Provenance is important to us and we aim to showcase great Scottish produce throughout our food offering. Our team of chefs are dedicated to producing well balanced, simple food with great flavour. Presenting amazing dishes with a keen eye for detail and flare is our passion.
