Bracken Lodges is a family owned and maintained business situated in 40 acres of beautiful, unspoilt parkland. We have eight, superbly equipped, detached holiday lodges, each overlooking the magnificent summit of Ben Lawers and beautiful Loch Tay.
Bracken Lodges is a family owned business offering one, two and three bedroom detached holiday lodges, all presented to a very high standard. We have eight, superbly equipped, quality assured lodges set in a unique location on the south banks of Loch Tay. All of our lodges are no smoking/no pet properties and weekly prices include gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and under-floor heating.
The lodges are situated within 40 acres of wooded parkland, providing wonderful walks and trout fishing from the loch frontage and all have stunning views over the Loch and Ben Lawers.Bracken Lodges provide easy access to the picturesque villages of Kenmore and Killin, and the small town of Aberfeldy, which all host a choice of hotels, golf courses, watersports and the many visitor attractions.
We offer an excellent location to relax and unwind or to enjoy an activity based holiday in this beautiful part of Highland Perthshire.
Surrounded by stunning scenery overlooking Loch Tay, each holiday lodge is quality assured and are superbly equipped to a to a very high standard, which will enable you to self-cater with ease. Gas, electricity, bed linen, towels are included in our prices and the wonderful under-floor central heating is perfect for all year round holidays. Free wifi available. All lodges are pet free/smoke free properties.
Loch Tay's natural beauty and abundant wildlife make it a very popular tourist attraction and provide easy access to a number of Munros in the area, including of course, Ben Lawers, Schiehallion, Ben More and Ben Lui. The small town of Aberfeldy is also nearby with its many facilities including the recently refurbished Birks Cinema, swimming pool, playpark and distillery. Hillwalking, wildlife watching, cycling routes, golf courses, water sports, boating centres are all available nearby or why not experience a Highland Safari or Loch Tay Safari.
Bracken Lodges are ideally located to visit the popular tourist towns of Pitlochry, Crieff, Callander, Dunkeld, Perth, Inveraray, Oban, Fort Wiliam or Glencoe. Other great attractions to enjoy during your stay may include a visit to Blair Castle,The House of Bruar, Queen's View at Loch Tummel, Pitlochry Festival Theatre, Scone Palace, Glamis Castle, Loch of the Lowes Osprey Centre or one of the many beautiful forest walks in the area..... In fact there is so much to offer, you will be hard pressed to fit it all in and there really is something to suit everyone!

From Kenmore take the South Loch Tay road towards Acharn. Bracken Lodges are on the loch side a further 3.5 miles from Acharn. From Killin take the South Loch Tay road towards Ardeonaig. Bracken Lodges are on the loch side a further 4 miles from Ardeonaig.
From the nearest information centre:- From Aberfeldy head towards Kenmore on the A827 and then at the junction before Kenmore Village take the South Loch Tay Road towards Acharn. Go through Acharn and continue on the South Loch Tay Road. Bracken Lodges are on the lochside of road a further 4 miles from Acharn.

Getting there by aeroplane:- Glasgow Airport - 71 miles
