Formerly the gardener’s cottage, this delightfully secluded, 19th century stone built holiday cottage is set amidst a profusion of azaleas and mature shrubs just a short walk from the lake. Azalea Cottage sleeps up to four people comfortably in two bedrooms.

All cottages are just a 30 minute drive from sandy beaches and are perfectly positioned to make the most of a holiday in Scotland’s Border country. Providing comfortable accommodation, they each enjoy access to walks in the extensive grounds, which include deciduous woodland, hill vistas, a nature reserve and a splendid lake.

Included in the hire of all properties is gas-fired central heating (controlled by owner), electricity and bed linen. Towel hire is available. All self-catering cottages feature Freeview television, electric cooker, microwave, washing machine and a shared use of tennis court. All properties are non-smoking. Please note there is an unfenced lake in the castle grounds. Rental week runs Friday to Friday. Cots and highchairs are available on request.
