Atholl Estates covers 145,000 acres of Highland Perthshire with picturesque Blair Castle at it's heart. Our Historic Lodges are dotted around the estate in a variety of spectacular locations and guests can choose from splendid isolation, rural seclusion or a more central position.
Kindrochet (sleeps up to 16 people)
Blending Victorian architecture with modern renovation, the impressive centrally-heated Kindrochet is the perfect lodge for a special occasion or a break for up to sixteen people. The lodge lies in spectacular natural surroundings, ideal for walking or cycling and is located four miles from Blair Atholl.
Old Blair (sleeps up to 12 people)
Set in a hamlet a few hundred yards from Blair Castle, Old Blair started life as an inn, and is now a comfortable, centrally-heated homely lodge surrounded by landscape parklands, organic farmland and miles of way marked trails. Sleeping up to ten guests in the main lodge and two in the connected annexe, Old Blair is the ideal lodge for a family break, and is always popular for castle wedding guests and festive family gatherings.
Convalloch (sleeps up to 12 people)
With spectacular views of the lower Strathtay, in its secluded location, Convalloch is ideal for a holiday break for up to ten people in the main lodge and two in the separate annexe. Despite its seclusion, Convalloch is only three miles for the A9, making it perfect for a touring base. Tennis players will appreciate the tennis court, nature lovers can discover the many acres of designated land nearby and fishing enthusiasts can take advantage of hill loch and salmon fishing both just a few minutes drive from the door.
Forest Lodge (sleeps up to 20 people)
Set in a dramatic and secluded setting at the heart of Glen Tilt, eight miles along a private track from Blair Atholl, this classic centrally-heated sporting lodge is full of period charm. Forest Lodge is perfect for a week's escape, sleeping up to twenty guests and is ideal for fishing, field sports, walking, mountaineering or special family celebration.
Marble Lodge (sleeps up to 4 people)
Set on the bank of the River Tilt, a river renowned for its character and beauty, five miles up the private Glen Tilt road, Marble Lodge is a charming and comfortable centrally-heated lodge for up to four guests. Surrounded by wildlife and moorland wilderness, it is the ideal base for fishing and walking enthusiasts.
Clachan Farmhouse & Annex (sleeps up to 8 people)
Clachan Farmhouse overlooks some spectacular Perthshire countryside within a few minutes drive of the House of Bruar. This recently renovated farmhouse features 2 spacious bedroomed apartments that can be joined to give the option of a 4 bedroomed house. Both units feature modern and spacious kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms (some with ensuite) and utility rooms where you can store muddy boots after a day exploring the countryside
Clachan Cottage (sleeps up to 4 people)
Clachan Cottage lies on the edge of the Cairngorms National Park near Struan, overlooking the spectacular Highland Perthshire countryside. With an abundance of hill and woodland walks on the doorstep, this newly refurbished, cosy two-bedroom cottage is the ideal place to enjoy the tranquillity of the Highlands.
Blairinraish West (sleeps up to 2 people)
The Blairinraish cottages East and West were renovated in 2022 and overlook the woods and farmland of Tulliemet. Facing south the views stretch out over StrathTay; it is one of the most wonderful views on Atholl Estates. Behind the cottages, Tulliemet Moor opens up and a three-mile track over the moor leads out to Loch Broom.
Blairinraish East (sleeps up to 4 people)
The Blairinraish cottages East and West were renovated in 2022 and overlook the woods and farmland of Tulliemet. Shepherds Huts (sleeps up to 2 people in each hut)
Our huts are luxurious and make for the perfect glamping getaway. Decorated beautifully, they offer block printed linens, hand-stitched quilts, and the comfiest king-size bedchamber. You will be glamping with a hot shower, a fully fitted kitchen, electric underfloor heating, and log burning stoves to keep you extra warm.
