Ascogbank Lodge consists of two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable lounge, fully fitted breakfast kitchen, utility room and a dining room/sun room that opens up to the private garden. Guests also benefit from having off road parking and free WiFi.
Entering via the rear garden door, guests walk-into an open utility area where they can hang up their coats and outdoor shoes. In here, they will find the dishwasher, a utility sink and the combi washing machine and tumble dryer. Turning left takes you into the extension which has been set up as a dining area with sliding glass doors leading out into the small garden area. Turning right from the utility room leads you directly into the kitchen.
The kitchen is well proportioned and large enough to host a dining table for four. It comes fully equipped with an electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge freezer, and the standard small appliances you would expect to find.
From the kitchen, the hallway leads you to the living room, bathroom and both bedrooms. The living room is front facing and looks onto the peaceful Ascog Bay and across the water towards Largs. The living room is a warm and inviting space with plenty of seating options where guests can relax in front of the electric fire. Opposite the sitting room is the family bathroom which has an electric shower over bath, wash basin and w.c.
Continuing along the hallway leads to the twin bedroom which looks out onto the garden, with two full size single beds and a seating area. Next to this room is the front facing master bedroom. This room is generous in space and has a double bed plus access to the en-suite shower room. The bed is ideally positioned to allow early risers to take in the stunning sun rises over Ascog Bay from the comfort of their bed. The en-suite shower room is fitted with a walk-in electric shower, wash basin and w.c.
