Interaction with Guests
I want to make sure guests have the best time whilst staying in my cosy flat. To ensure this all guests will be greeted upon arrival and shown around the flat, guaranteeing you are happy with your accommodation. The property is professionally cleaned prior to all arrivals, even your towels will be folded on the bed with some complimentary treats awaiting you! For peace of mind I will be contactable 24/7 should you have any questions during your stay. Please feel free to contact me anytime.
Check in times are generally anytime after 3pm and check outs from 10am. However I do like to be flexible to suit your needs. If you have a time you prefer, just let me know and I will see what I can do.
The Neighbourhood
The street is a quite one located just off busy leith walk. Just a 15 minute walk from the city centre.
Plenty of buses and taxis are on leith walk should you prefer not to walk.
The parking on Albert street is free.
Getting Around
Lots of bus stops on leith walk just around the corner.
Plenty of black cabs in this area also.
Other Things to Note
The property is in a perfect spot for a little quiet time after a busy day out exploring Edinburgh. The flat is tucked away off the main street of Leith Walk so only 15 minutes walk away from the city centre. There are lots of lovely bars and places to eat nearby. In particular there is a fantastic little bakery across the road which offer lots of scrumptious pastries and cakes!
The flat is also a great spot if you are planning a visit to the famous Playhouse Theatre, it's only a few blocks up the road.
Please do not smoke within the property and sorry no stags or hen parties. Also please keep the flat as you would your own and respect to my neighbors would be greatly appreciated.
