An exciting and interactive Gin Experience that takes you to the source for a tour and tasting of one of Scotland's most unique Gin Distilleries.
Scotland is a leading global manufacture of gin. Indeed, 70% of UK gin is produced north of the border, including the world’s best London dry variety, distilled by North Berwick Gin.
It all began in the 18th-century when the first bottles of fiery Dutch Jenever were traded in Edinburgh’s Port of Leith. A recent resurgence in interest has seen gin distilleries cropping up throughout the country, and Scotland is now the proud home of over 160 different gins.
There are a number of exceptional gin distilleries, dotted around Scotland, offering everything from traditional tastings to gin-inspired cuisine, from cocktail classes to the opportunity to create your own unique batch of gin.
