Idyllic Islands: Mull, Iona, Staffa & Treshnish Isles 6-night Cruise
This idyllic cruise explores the coastline of Mull and its offshore islands in search of cetaceans, in particular Seabirds, Basking Sharks and Minke Whales. Stunning scenery, onshore trips with wildlife guide and fabulous food.
With over 300 miles of spectacular coastline, Mull and its offshore islands provide fabulous scenery and a wonderful habitat for many wildlife species. On the western side of Mull, visiting the offshore islands from the sea is the best way to visit. Treshnish, Ulva, Gometra, Inch Kenneth and many smaller islands offer idyllic stopovers, while the Isle of Iona has a magic all of its own, and Staffa, with Fingal's Cave is a breath-taking experience. This cruise takes advantage of the wildlife around at this time of year. Dolphins, seals, otters and white-tailed eagles are frequently seen around Mull and Coll all year round and in certain months, these sightings are added to with the appearance of minke whales, basking sharks and many migrating bird flocks.
