Scotland Retreats is inspired by what women have told us they need most - some time out of the daily routine, to relax, unwind, reconnect to nature, and to focus just on themselves in a safe supportive environment where they have the space to allow transformation and inspiration to emerge.
We have designed the retreats like an MOT for the mind, with activities to fuel the heart and soul, as well as the tools needed for self-reflection.
At a time when women need to take some time out to look after themselves, we wanted to create something that was really special and unique but also local and sustainable. We believe we have a responsibility to show women how to raise their level of wellbeing. Now more than ever before, it's crucial to how we live our lives.
The retreat programme is designed for everyone, from people interested in mindfulness and wellness to those more experienced, we have something for all women. The retreat will open their minds and hearts to what is really possible in their life, and we hope that they will leave energised, empowered, strong and ready to reach those dreams and goals with ease and enthusiasm. It will broaden their minds, cleanse their bodies, soothe their souls and ignite their spirits.
Activites include mindfulness practices alongside life coaching and group workshops to encourage personal growth and development. Everything is optional so alone time is always respected and encouraged in the group, most people come alone and leave feeling inspired and reconnected to themselves.
