Glenkilrie Larder is our family run business, based in Highland Perthshire. This business venture started in 2019 because we have a deep passion to produce high quality red meat. We are on a mission to bridge the gap between the consumer and the producer. Highlighting the positive impact, the farm animals we rear have on your nutrition, the resident wildlife and the environment around us. Our meats are available to buy direct, via our small farm shop or our newly opened Cook School where you will be able to embark on a unique culinary experience as we unveil the journey of our red meat, lovingly reared right here for over 60 years.

Lauren will walk you through the provenance of the meat and demonstrate how she would cook the different cuts of venison, beef and lamb, whilst embracing the rich history of the Houstoun family and their commitment to sustainable farming practices, you will get to indulge in each mouth watering dish. From land to larder immerse yourself in the true essence of Glenkilrie where every bite tells a story.
