Rosalie Cunningham is a rock star … she exudes an effortless charisma and quiet confidence. The music she makes is meticulously but lovingly designed to blow minds.’ – METAL HAMMER
Multi award-winning singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Rosalie Cunningham (ex Purson/Ipso Facto) released her Mercury Music Prize nominated, self titled début album in 2019 through Esoteric Antenna, earning a Top 10 placing in the UK’s official independent chart and attracting fantastic reviews and stellar ratings from Classic Rock, Uncut, Mojo and Kerrang. Rosalie built on her burgeoning reputation as an original and thought-provoking songwriter and musician with the release of her second solo album ‘Two Piece Puzzle’ to universal acclaim in 2022. During 2022 and 2023, an extensive and punishing touring schedule taking in venues and festivals throughout the UK and Europe gave audiences the opportunity to experience Rosalie’s compelling, captivating and charismatic live performance at first hand. These, together with the acclamation afforded to ‘Two Piece Puzzle’, culminated in her being named Female Vocalist of the Year in January 2023 by the readers of PROG magazine. The amazing reaction to these exhilarating and dynamic live performances led to one of the more intimate shows on her September 2023 UK tour being recorded – ‘Live at Acapela’ was released as a CD by Machine Elf Records in December 2023.
2024 commenced with a hugely successful appearance at Fusion Festival in the UK, followed in April by a 17-date tour of Scandinavia and Europe taking in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, The Netherlands and Belgium. Rosalie returned to Sweden in June appearing at Muskelrock. When her hectic touring schedule has allowed, Rosalie has been working on her third solo studio album, ‘To Shoot Another Day’. This is scheduled for release in Autumn 2024, again through Esoteric Antenna. The vinyl version of the album will be available exclusively through www.rosaliecunningham.com.
