The cottage is situated in the countryside one mile from Dornoch town centre, next to the Dornoch Lochans with its golf driving range and fishing lochans. The cottage has a separate exercise room which is a tropical paradise with the heated ‘endless pool’ and sauna. Swim against the current or simply lounge in 30°C water. Enjoy the large garden with decking, table & chairs and gas barbeque.

Dogs and children are welcome and the level access bungalow is ideal for disabled access. The master bedroom is super-king (or twin on request) and has an en-suite with spa bath, power shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 is super-king (or twin on request) and bedroom 3 can be single or twin and a cot & highchair are available. There is a family shower room with toilet and power shower. Bedroom 4 has a double bed and is off the lounge.

The kitchen has a large American style fridge-freezer, electric hob and eye-level oven, dishwasher and washing machine, table and 4 chairs. There is a back door in the kitchen leading to the decking and pool room.

The large sunny lounge has a dining table at the kitchen end with 6 chairs. Two comfy sofas, and three armchairs nestle round the large smart TV at the garden end. There are French doors opening onto the patio with table & chairs. See for yourself by taking a ‘virtual’ tour on our website!
