All accommodation is on a single level, wood or vinyl flooring in communal areas, carpeted in bedrooms.
All beds have quality sprung mattresses and seasonal duvets (synthetic filling)
Access
There is a set of steps up to the front door. Alternatively the driveway extends up behind the house, with easier access (1 step) for those who wish to avoid the front steps or when unloading the car.
Outdoor space.
There is an extensive garden with outdoor seating, space for parking and a large garage available for storage.
Local red squirrels regularly frequent the garden. Peanuts and bird seed provided to fill the various feeders.
Tigh Air Na Creagan provides an excellent base to explore the Cairngorm National Park and Scottish Highlands. From the picturesque woodland setting on Kinchurdy Road there are plentiful walking and cycling trails accessible from the front door, including direct links to The Speyside Way and Sustrans Cycling Route 7.
A 10 minute stroll takes you to the heart of the village complete with Art Gallery, Post Office, Village shop, Convenience store, Restaurant and Hotel.

RSPB Loch Garten Reserve, Strathspey Steam Railway, Boat of Garten Golf and Tennis club are all close by as is Cairngorm Mountain Ski resort. Watersports available at Loch Morlich and Loch Insh.
Anglers will find the river Spey is within walking distance with fishing permits available for purchase at the local village shop or via Strathspey Estate.
Those enjoying the outdoor pursuits will find excellent facilities for washing and drying outdoor clothing, an outdoor tap to wash down equipment and secure storage available in the garage.
