The Distillery is a delightful conversion of a redundant barn dating back to 1819 when it was used as a distillery! It has been finished to the highest standards providing a beautiful and spacious house with character and original features. There is a large open plan living room, open plan kitchen and dining room, utility and storage room and 3 en-suite bedrooms.
It is situated in a private and peaceful location with magnificant views, yet only a mile from Crieff and very accessible to main road network.

Fully fitted and equipped with hob, double oven, microwave, full sized dishwasher, American Fridge Freezer with ice making feature, breakfast bar with 2 stools.

Spacious area, fully fitted with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. Coat hooks. Separate walk in cupboard with shelving and storage.
Garden
Fully fenced with gates. Gravel private parking, lawn area and clothes dryer. Paved terraced on 3 sides.
Master Bedroom(upstairs)
King sized bed, 32 inch wall mounted flat screen tv, solid oak furniture, 2 easy chairs and french doors with Juliet balcony. Separate dressing room with fitted hanging space and drawers and dressing table.
