The Sir Arthur Grant Centre provides self catering accommodation for groups of up to 34 people in a mix of dorms and twin rooms. There are also optional outdoor activity packages available.
The Sir Arthur Grant Outdoor Centre has just undergone an extensive refurbishment program. Reopening in May 2024 it will provide modern & comfortable accommodation for schools, clubs & other groups including family and friends get-togethers. Max group size 34
Situated 2 miles outside the village of Monymusk, it is also close to Bennachie and the River Don. For mountain bikers and cyclists, the Pitfichie mountain bike trails and the Tarland Trails are also near by. The Centre makes a perfect base for exploring the beautiful Aberdeenshire countryside and the Cairngorms National Park..
The Centre sits in extensive grounds with neighbouring woodland and has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. It sleeps groups of up to 34 in 2 x 14 bed dorms, 2 twin rooms and 2 fully accessible singles. The fully equipped self catering kitchen, lounge and dining areas are spacious and there is also large activity room suitable for all kinds of activities including training courses, arts and crafts, table tennis and environmental activities.
A range of outdoor activities can be booked if required. For schools, all inclusive activity residentials can be organised. These will include local transport, catering and activity instruction, and will provide a wide range of exciting outdoor sports and environmental education opportunities.
