The cottage has a wonderfully bright and airy open-plan living/dining area. The stunning landscape and sea views are seamlessly woven into the cottage's core with expansive panoramic doors bringing the outside, inside. There are wonderful views of Loch Tuath, the islands of Ulva and Gometra, and the Atlantic beyond. There are two bedrooms, a double bedroom on the first floor with bathroom and toilet and a twin / second double room on the ground floor offering flexibility for various sleeping configurations. This bedroom has a shower room and toilet next door.
Outside, there is a patio with table and chairs, a sunny spot to enjoy the views or watch the sunset. The property is surrounded by grass and dry stone walls on the bracken-filled hillside. There is plenty of parking space for 2 vehicles.
