The second bedroom, at the rear of the flat, has a double bed, wardrobe, two-seater sofa and side table.
There is a large kitchen/diner/lounge to the rear, with a fully fitted stylish red kitchen, comfy sofa, TV, dining table with four chairs and a large utility cupboard for extra storage. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The kitchen has all facilities and equipment you might need, including gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, microwave, kettle and fridge-freezer. It also includes crockery, cutlery and glassware in case you feel like a quiet night in after a busy day. We’ve even left a few recipe ideas for you to try out!

When staying at the property you will have easy access to a wide range of fashion boutiques, artisan food shops, independent stores, delicatessens, grocers, cafés and award-winning restaurants in the local area, not to mention a number of cosy, traditional pubs, both in Morningside and the adjacent neighbourhood, Bruntsfield. Buses 5, 11, 15, 16 and 23 stop directly outside the front door of the flat meaning you can get to the city centre and train stations quickly and easily. You can also reach Edinburgh Airport via the City Bypass road in only 20 minutes. A relaxed stroll into town across the green parklands of Bruntsfield Links and The Meadows gives you the chance to admire Edinburgh Castle, the breathtaking Arthur’s Seat (the highest point in Edinburgh) and other famous sights.
The Pentland Hills are just up the road for those of you who fancy some hill walking, a spot of golf or even skiing on Europe’s largest dry ski slope! Or you could take a walk through the peaceful Hermitage of Braid nature reserve or up to Blackford Hill for incredible views across the city. Upon arriving at the property you will find a wee Scottish welcome pack giving you an introduction to the area and Edinburgh, along with tourist and travel information, and useful telephone numbers. During July and August, the minimum stay is one week and the arrival date must be Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Check out time is 11am on day of departure (this may be negotiable) and check-in time is 3pm onwards on day of arrival (again, this may be negotiable).

The flat is one flight of stairs up so may not be suitable for everyone and is situated on the main road. There is metered car parking outside and free car parking approx 10-15 walk away from the flat.
