A back-door leads to a small garden area overlooking woodland and the Boondreigh River. There is an outdoor table and chairs for your use. Guests are welcome to explore the grounds of Dod Mill by following the mill lade to the mill pond and a small orchard (apples, cherries, plums and hazelnuts). Or cross the Boondreigh River for and head up into the Lammermuir Hills.
The property is located immediately off the A697, 7 miles south of Carfraemill and 4 miles from the Royal Burgh of Lauder.
