Mar Lodge Base Camp (Bunkhouse) NTS
It’s located 4 miles west of Braemar and is at the southern end of the spectacular Lairig Ghru mountain pass that runs to Aviemore. The bunkhouse provides an ideal base for hillwalking and is suitable for mountaineering clubs, schools and university groups, or large groups of friends and family. Mar Lodge is part of the BHS Horses Welcome scheme.
