Welcome to Loch Etive Apartment, a beautiful quaint top floor apartment, part of a country house conversion, with stunning Loch and river views and in an area of outstanding beauty.
The apartment is located on the shores of Loch Etive and is on the outskirts of the village of Taynuilt, 12 miles from Oban.
A haven for wildlife, deer, otters, seals and eagles, can be seen often from the nearby shoreline.
Peacefully situated on the rural outskirts of Taynuilt village, the apartment features a bright open-plan living and dining area, with a new kitchen and appliances make the space comfortable and cosy, with the special highlight being the elevated views across the fields to the loch beyond. The bedroom is situated to the rear of the building and is very quiet and peaceful, featuring a double bed, bedside tables and a built in wardrobe and dressing table. A wall mounted TV completes the bedroom. The ensuite shower room is accessed from the bedroom and is well equipped. The apartment is for 2 adults only and is strictly non smoking, please note that this is a top floor apartment and there are four flights of stairs and there is no lift. Complimentary fibre broadband and Netflix are available.
Upon arrival, guests will use the self check-in code using the keysafe. Hosts are nearby and can be contacted by phone at all times, to help with any queries or issues.
Before arrival, guests will be sent an Information Pack providing lots of useful information about the apartment.
Taynuilt is a beautiful quiet village in Argyll, where you can admire stunning scenery and picturesque views. Walking, golf, local boat hire and fishing are a few of the activities you can enjoy locally. Taynuilt has a post-office, a butchers, a grocers, a café, a pub, a craft shop, hairdressers, Doctor's surgery with a pharmacy. There is a golf club and tennis court in the village. Taynuilt Inn, the pub on the main road as you enter the village is available for food and there are also many great places to eat within a short driving distance from Taynuilt.
Loch Etive Apartment is in a rural area and is approximately 1 mile from Taynuilt village, where it is possible to get on the local bus and train. There are a huge variety of walks, places and areas of interest and stunning beauty await you. Further amenities and attractions are available in nearby Oban, where you may also want to travel on one of the many ferries to one of the islands, such as Mull, Treshnish, Ulva and Staffa.
