Quite alone in the heart of a quiet glen 7 miles from Ardgay in Sutherland, Katie's Cottage is a beautifully refurbished traditional Highland croft house.

A real old Highland croft house which has now been beautifully refurbished, Katie’s Cottage has a peaceful situation near the end of the quiet road up the glen on the Amat Estate, about 7 miles from Ardgay in Sutherland.
Full of charm and character, it is also warm and comfortable with oil –CH and an inviting open fire in the sitting room, a large dining kitchen and separate utility room. Both of the upstairs bedrooms have coombed ceilings.
Katie’s Cottage will appeal to all who enjoy the great outdoors, and who want to walk, (a track just across the River Carron goes all the way to Ullapool!), fish or cycle. Yet you are not far from civilisation, with the Black isle, the beach at Dornoch and Dunrobin Castle all within easy distance. Bonar Bridge (8m) has all facilities and a golf course.
