The spacious, modern and comfortable 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments offer guests the ultimate city living experience - whether you wish to stay for a night, a week or longer.
With high spec fittings in every apartment, you can indulge yourself in tasteful and modern surroundings. Inverness City Suites are fully equipped with everything from Egyptian cotton bed linen and fluffy towels to fully fitted kitchens and Ipod docks, CD players and flat screen televisions.

Inverness City Suites now offer twelve luxury serviced apartments that provide much more than a hotel bedroom and offer the ultimate city living experience.
Our High Street apartments comprise are exceptionally spacious and offer open plan lounge / dining area; a fully fitted luxury kitchen; a decadent bathroom with shower and bath; and sumptuous bedrooms. The two bedroom apartments also boast an en-suite master bedroom in addition to the main bath or shower room. Our luxury Hedgefield apartments are located in garden grounds with free parking at the door, all have two bedrooms and two bathrooms with lounge and dining kitchens. Lift access is available to upper floor apartments.
At Inverness City Suites, we have taken great care to ensure guests enjoy a great night sleep. The bedrooms are equipped with the best quality hotel beds, fine linen and luxury duvets. The High Street bedrooms are spacious and benefit from modern quadruple glazed windows with black out curtains or blinds. Within our two-bedroom apartments, additional superior fold down beds can be provided on request.
Each of our 12 apartments provide fully equipped kitchens and dining facilities. Everything you will need is provided; including fridge freezer, hob and oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine / tumble dryer.
Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartments and this is controlled by sensitive smoke detectors inside the apartments and in the public areas.
The apartments are very secure with separate key access to main and apartment doors.
There is a reception area at High Street, however, we now offer a self check-in arrangement with check-in from 15.00 hours. Assistance is normally available for luggage during office hours. Please note there is no lift at our High street premises, however, all floors are accessed by gently rising stairs with handrails.
