Set in a tranquil wooded glen on the edge of the Cairngorms, this secluded retreat is sheltered from almost any sound but the distant murmur of the River Feshie and the whisper of trees in the wind. Deer meander through the grounds in the morning, squirrels scamper among the trees and birds visit in endless search of offerings from guests.
The peaceful heart of the house is the light airy kitchen and dining area with its gently bowed ceiling and picture windows both East and South, warmed by an open log fire, while the bright South and West facing lounge with stove provides another couthy gathering place with the opportunity of spilling out onto the South facing patio.
The three double bedrooms, one on the ground floor, both benefit from en suite shower rooms, while two further twin bedrooms share a generously sized bathroom. A covered porch and a utility room with drying facilities off the entrance hall cater for the vagaries of the Scottish weather! The garage doubles as a games room with table tennis table and log store.
