The property is ideally located to make the most of the numerous golf courses in this area, many of which are world famous. It also benefits from it’s proximity to the many beaches and the dramatic coastline that the West of Scotland has to offer.
The Property A self contained, recently renovated old stone farm cottage, this property comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen/diner and spacious sitting room. It also has a secure utility room complete with washer and dryer and a large amount of storage space, ideal for golf clubs, bicycles, pushchairs and other belongings.
Parking is ample and immediately adjoins the property.
Guest access Garden Cottage is entirely self contained and as such, you will have sole use of the property and can come and go as you please. Access to the property is down a private drive and there is specific parking for the cottage which will take 3 cars comfortably. Should you require more space, this may be possible with prior arrangement.
Check in is from 3pm until 8pm - please let us know if you require earlier or later check in and we will do our best to accommodate this.
Interaction with guests As the property is on a working farm, there are always people about should you require help or extra information during your stay. I or my husband will be available to check you in and show you the property, facilities and run through any questions you may have. My contact details will be supplied should you need them. Other things to note Although the majority of the property is spread over one floor, the utility room is accessed by an external flight of stairs. Pets are not permitted at the cottage or on the farm. Guide Dogs are an exception. No parties or events are permitted.
