Fulmar is a comfortable 2 double bedroom self-catered flat, within 5 min walk of North Berwick's High St. The Seabird Centre, beaches, fishing harbour, Lodge Grounds, train station and golf courses are all within walking distance.

Fulmar is a first floor, self contained flat. Guests have their own lockable front door, sharing the main front door and stairs with the owner, who occupies the top floor.

There are 2 good sized double bedrooms, both with double beds and plenty of storage. There is a small selection of toys and books available for children to use and a travel cot is available for infants.
A cosy and comfortable living room, with TV and DVD, board games, dining table, soft seating for 4/5people and wood burner are at the heart of the home and the fully equipped, south facing kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and range cooker, lead off from the living room.

There is a good sized family bathroom with an electric shower over the bath.

Tea, coffee, biscuits, a welcome pack and basic condiments are available for guests to use.

Free Wifi is available and all linen, towels and basic toiletries are provided.

A £2 per head surcharge is required for the use of beach towels.

In addition, safe, off road parking for 1 vehicle and a private garden are provided for guests' use only. The garden is secluded, has a pebble base with attractive flower beds, a barbeque and chiminea. A drying rack, pegs and laundry basket are available for guests' use.

For your information, a small friendly Border Terrier lives with the owner and has no access to Fulmar home, or garden.

Fulmar is situated in a small community, with neighbours nearby, therefore is suitable for families and couples. Stag and Hen parties are not accepted.
