Start your day with a piping hot bowl of porridge or a full Scottish breakfast. Follow it up with a round on the Leven Links - only 75 steps from the front door to the 1st tee - or Scoonie Golf Club. We are also only 14 miles from St Andrews. Or, why not walk the Fife Coastal Path, Lower Largo (birthplace of Robinson Crusoe inspiration, Alexander Selkirk) is only 60 minutes walk on the beautiful Leven beach. Further on is the Elie Chainwalk, one of Scotland's best kept coastal secret (not for the faint-hearted)

We are a friendly guest house with a seperate dining room and a spacious guest lounge overlooking Leven Beach and Largo Bay on the Firth of Forth. Plenty of free parking and a sun-trap back garden.
