Auchendennan Rose Cottage is a recently renovated self contained wing of the main Farmhouse. It has its own private entrance, parking and outside area.
The property is situated within the upmarket district of Arden, at the south west of Loch Lomond. It sits back 200 meters from the main road . It is child friendly and dog friendly. It is within Walking distance of the 5* Cameron house resort and spa hotel, The Carrick Golf club, Duck Bay Marina, and the Cruin wedding venue.
The property is in a private location about 150 meters from the Loch shore.
The town of Balloch which is the Gateway to Loch Lomond is only 2 miles away or £5 ( approx ) in a taxi. The famous town of Helensburgh is only 6 miles away and desitinations such as Oban, Loch Fyne, Fort William, and Edinburgh are all within 2 hrs drive.
Glasgow city centre is 20 miles away, with the airport only being 20 minutes drive.
The Activity and shopping centre of Braehead which also has indoor ski slopes and climbing is only 20 minutes drive away. Perfect for taking Kids to if it rains, which can occasionally happen.
Prices vary for Rose Cottage depending on time of year, number of occupants and length of stay. Discounts are given for longer periods of rental of a week or more.

Please note that we cannot provide a hold on the property without payment of 25% of balance as a reservation deposit.
We do not take a damage deposit but will invoice only for what is unreasonable breakages. To date this has never happened.
