Welcome to our working farm on the edge of the Howe o' the Mearns. Anniston Farm has three cottages from which to choose a relaxing holiday in a rural location. All three cottages are 4 to 5 Star graded accommodation.

Anniston Farm Cottages is situated between sandy beaches, picturesque coastal villages, the magnificent Angus Glens and the Cairngorm National Park. Easy access to Royal Deeside, distilleries, golfing, sea angling, boat trips and historic castles, Anniston Farm is also within commuting distance of Aberdeen, the Oil Capital of Europe.

All three cottages are 4 and 5 Star graded accommodation.

Balla Sheilleanan (Bee Wall), our one bedroom 5 star cottage is on ground floor level and has an open plan living room/dining kitchen. The bedroom has a kingsize bed and an ensuite whirlpool bath with shower.

An Girneilear (The Granary), our two bedroom 5 star cottage has an open plan living room/kitchen dining room, arched windows and oak staircase to the first floor. One kingsize bedroom with ensuite whirlpool bath/shower and the twin room has an ensuite shower room.

An Sabhal Fada (The Long Barn), our three bedroom 4 star cottage has an open plan living room/kitchen dining room with arched windows and oak stair case to the first floor. The ground floor has a double bedroom with ensuite shower room, a family room (one double bed and one single bed) with arched windows and adjacent wet room with whirlpool bath and seperate shower. The first floor has a twin room with ensuite shower room. This cottage is suitable for wheelchair users.

Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.
