Álainn Eve is a two storey house consisting of an open plan living area on the ground floor with sitting room, dining area seating for 4 and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a large WC/cloakroom and entrance hallway with a cupboard holding a washer/dryer.
On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom with twin wash basins and thermostatic walk in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and there is a family bathroom with full size bath and shower.

Killin Golf Club is just 5 minutes walk away, and is often described as one of the most beautiful 9-hole courses in Scotland. Further afield are many other golf courses including Gleneagles.
Killin Outdoor Centre and Mountain Shop (just a 12 minute walk away) hires and sells equipment for Golf, Mountain Biking, Hiking, Pony Trekking, Canoeing, Kayaking, and River Rafting.
You will be truly spoiled for both salmon and trout fishing. The adjacent River Lochay and River Dochart joins nearby Loch Tay, with boat launching available at the Killin Hotel. Boats, equipment and guides (ghillies) can be hired and tuition provided on our neighbouring lochs and rivers.
There are many well-marked cycling routes in and around Killin geared for experienced and novice riders.
There is an abundance of shopping and ‘retail therapy’ opportunities in the Village of Killin and nearby areas, including art galleries, gift & antique shops, and speciality craft shops and fairs. Truly, something for everyone. There is also the spectacular House of Bruar about an hour away at Blair Atholl for something special and Karelia House about 30 minutes away at Comrie Bridge for the craft enthusiast.
