The apartment is on the first floor of an exclusive three-storey building and the accommodation is all on one floor. For less mobile guests, there is step-free access to the property.

OUTSIDE
The apartment is built on rising ground and is accessed on ground floor level from the rear or first floor level from the front. There is a first floor balcony to the front of the property, which is accessed from the lockable sliding doors in the open-plan living area. Outdoor furniture is provided. Please note that the balcony is fully enclosed, however young children must be supervised at all times.
An electric barbecue is provided along with a garden day-bed bench, deck chairs, and outdoor soft furnishings.
PARKING
There is a designated parking space for each apartment directly to the front of the development which comprises eight apartments in total. There is a disabled parking space and guest parking spaces on a first come, first served basis. There is additional parking in the public car park in the village.
BABIES & CHILDREN
Please note that the balcony is fully enclosed, however young children must be supervised at all times. The apartment is well-equipped for children, with travel cot, extra mattress and highchair, children’s books, games and toys provided as well as an excellent selection of beach equipment, picnic basket, seats, rug and shelter, boogie board, buckets and spades. DOGS
One well-behaved dog is welcome free of charge, an second dog is welcome at a charge of £30.
Your furry friend is welcome in the apartment but please keep them off the sofas and beds. There is a utility room suitable for a crate and dog bed to house your pet and dog bowls available in the utility room.
Please clean off sandy paws before entering the property. There is a tap at the back of the apartment near the front door. A hose is available in the utility room if needed and please return after draining. Please provide your own towel for your pup. The utility room is ideal for allowing your dog to dry off after a beach walk.
GUEST AMENITIES
The beds feature high quality linen. A hairdryer is provided in each bedroom. Luxurious towels are provided along with Sea Kelp Scottish Soap and Sea Kelp Body and Hair wash. Please provide your own beach towels. There are toys, games and DVDs provided for the enjoyment of our younger guests and cool bags, a picnic basket, comfy beach chairs, buckets and spades, boogie board, rug and shelter for days on the beach.

The apartment has superfast fibre broadband. Mobile reception is good on most networks.
HEATING
There is gas underfloor heating throughout the property.
GUEST PRIVACY
The property sits in a block of four luxury apartments with a further block of four immediately adjacent. The apartment has a private entrance and seating area to the right of the property, it sits on the first floor and is front-facing, overlooking the beach and coastline. It is important to note that there is another property next door, the balconies are separated by large planters and mature shrubs, which provide screening and privacy.
