The North Highlands has become one of the most iconic destinations in Scotland because of the NC 500, The route we have planned around the NC500 helps you to discover the best the Highlands has to offer, from magical and mystical castles, sample amazing local produce, the wonderful distilleries and breweries, The North Coast 500 offers a truly unique touring experience, quite unlike anywhere else in the world and many of those who have done it have said it was life-changing for them.
Scottish Moto Adventures has put together a route of just over 850 miles of stunning coastal scenery, our route also includes many other nice places to visit such as Pitlochry, Aberfeldy, Glenshee, Aviemore, Fort William and Glencoe, as well as the North Coast 500, we have put together a 5 day tour that will see you riding along the best roads Scotland has to offer, the coastal edges of Scotland is simply stunning, taking in the regions of Wester Ross, Sutherland, Caithness, Easter Ross, the Black Isle and Inverness-Shire.
The route begins and ends in Glenrothes, Fife, with our route just over 950 miles of stunning scenery and road, The official start of the NC 500 starts at Inverness Castle, this is the perfect starting point to the NC route and offers unparalleled views from its viewing tower over the capital city of the Highlands.Come and see for yourself. Scottish Moto Adventures was established at the start of 2019, we are based in the small town of Glenrothes, Fife. The idea of the business is to provide fully Guided motorcycle tours all over Scotland. We are passionate about travel by motorcycle and whether you decide to travel with us for 3 days or 3 weeks, our aim is to give you a genuine overland experience, supported by years of relevant expertise, the uniqueness of Scotland and its natural beauty felt there was a demand to share this new experience with others, so Scottish Moto Adventures was born.
